Appointment Confirmations, No Shows, and Cancellation Policies

When an appointment is booked, the time is reserved for you. For certain types of appointments, we may require a deposit and/or a credit card on file to secure the appointment. If for any reason you need to change, reschedule, or cancel an appointment booked, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may make the time available for others, including those on our waitlist.

For an appointment booked in advance, if we have your e-mail, an e-mail reminder will be sent a week in advance. A confirmation e-mail will also be sent 2-3 days in advance. We also offer optional text message confirmations. When you receive a confirmation e-mail, text, or phone call, please either confirm or let us know promptly if you cannot make the appointment. If we have not received a response, we may make several additional attempts to contact you to confirm your appointment.

*Note: If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, we reserve the right to charge the full price of the service(s) reserved. We also reserve the right to require a credit card to be on file to book future appointments.

However, we understand that emergencies happen and take these emergencies into account when deciding whether to charge our customers for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the reserved time, as long as we are contacted as soon as the emergency arises. In addition, for the health of our staff and other clients, if you are sick and potentially contagious, please call to reschedule your appointment and, provided you do not have a regular history of not showing and/or last minute cancellations, we will waive any penalty.
